Senior Enviornmental Project Manager

Trillium Construction is now seeking a Senior Environmental Project Manager for a direct-hire placement!

Pay range is from $130k-$150k(Depending on experience). Our clients team strives to provide exceptional quality and service in the areas of Abatement, Demolition, Engineering, and Environmental Services.

Our focus is to be a turnkey service provider simplifying complexity and safely delivering abatement and demolition projects that are transformed, revitalized and ready for use. Combined with our engineering and environmental services group, we emphasize being efficient, innovative, and client focused.

Duties:
• Creating business opportunities with new and existing clients.
• Client liaison for long term, long duration term contracts
• Managing/leading the business unit staff.
• Responsible for profitability and growth of the business unit.
• Contributing to corporate strategic growth via the development, coordination, and execution of multiyear business plans.
• Ensuring that the highest level of ethical, safety and quality standards are met within all processes. • Develop, lead, and promote a strong culture and employee engagement.
• Formulating project execution strategies.

Qualifications:
-“Grown up” in Asbestos abatement, will oversee other “Bidders”
-Will oversee a 40-50 man crew which requires handholding/coddling
-Need to be “White Colar” professional & be able to roll up sleeves and work with the crew
-Organized & Structured
-5-10+ Years experience

A combination of an advanced industry knowledge, and substantial leadership experience in:
• Related technical sales and estimating.
• Management of large projects.
• Hazardous abatement, including asbestos, lead and black mold, and interior and structural demolition, industrial maintenance in fabrication facilities.
• Employee management and leadership development.
• Experienced business unit leader with comparable organization.
